On tap…

Options for pubs, bars and restaurants.

Spritz, Prosecco, White, Red and Rose…and more Spritz!

Alongside making some Tasmanian Pinot Noir, UTOPIES HQ has also installed a small pressure tank, because we think there’s room for Australian sparkling wine drinks on tap.

Right now it’s just one tank, and some rented space in a winery near Geelong. Everything is made there, locally, in small drops.

Right now we have three sparkling spritzes:

• Yuzu and Lime (pouring now)

• Blood Orange (coming soon)

• Sparkling Prosecco

Red, white and rose wines available too!

We use local ingredients and no artificial colours or flavours.

It’s been pouring at Snack Monster Bar in Carlton (behind Jimmy Watson’s) since last

Sumer, and more recently at the Cornish Arms Hotel in Brunswick. My first pallet has

just gone to Queensland.

The first Google review said “The Utopies yuzu and lime spritz was phenomenal!” It’s the only review so far, but you have to start somewhere.

Ask for the numbers and we can show you what it does to your pour cost.

You get the same pour every time, with no bartender interpretation, and it’s quicker to

serve.

There’s less waste. No half-finished Prosecco bottles going flat, and no oxidation. The kegs

keep for more than two months, even half full.

There’s much less recycling: fewer bottles, less noise, fewer trips to the bottle bin.

• 20L recyclable kegs with a standard A-type slider coupling, common in Australian pubs

• Over 125 serves of 150 mL per keg

• Works with your existing tap system. It needs slightly higher gas pressure, ideally

above 30 psi, and no special gas

• About 76% Prosecco, 9% ABV, served in a large wine glass with ice and garnish

• A 150 mL pour is about 1.07 standard drinks, close to a pot of Carlton Draught

Price on request.
